
Dr Ene Mäestu
Dr Mäestu graduated from the University of Tartu, the Faculty of Medicine, where she specialised in paediatrics, in 1988. In 1990 she specialised in dermatology and was employed as dermatologist by the City Centre Children’s Polyclinic of the Tallinn Children’s Hospital, where she continues to work today. She has also worked at the Laser Surgery Centre Vitaclinika. Since 2002 she has been researching pigmented birthmarks using dermoscopy. In 2007 Dr Mäestu completed the Basic Dermoscopy Course at the University of Graz, Austria, and was awarded the International Dermoscopy Diploma. Dr Mäestu is a member of the Estonian Society of Dermatovenereologists and Association of Estonian Doctors.
