Cancellation of the appointment by the Patient
If the Patient is unable to come to the appointment at the registered time, he / she shall inform Medem as soon as possible, but at least 24 hours before the start of the appointment, in one of the following ways:
- by phone during Medemis opening hours Mon-Fri 9 am-7pm at 699 8333;
- e-mail address email@example.com;
- At the reception desk
If the Patient notifies Medemis of the waiver of the appointment in accordance with the described requirements, Medemis will cancel the Patient’s appointment and register a new appointment with the Patient if desired.
If the Patient does not notify Medemis of the cancellation less than 24 hours before the start of the appointment in accordance with the described requirements, Medemis has the right to charge the Patient 50 € to cover the costs of readiness to provide the service in the Medemis price list.
